What is the delivery time for the ordered products?
The estimated time in which the shipment will reach the customer is provided by the carriers. You can calculate it on the product page or check it in the shopping cart after completing the delivery details. Average delivery time is 4 working days.
How is the shipping price calculated?
The shipping price is calculated directly by carriers. The amount depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipped products and the destination. You can check shipping price during the ordering process.
How can you track a shipment?
After placing an order, you will receive a special tracking number which you can use on the carrier's website here.
Can I change my order?

How can I create an account?

Why is it worth setting up an account?
Creating an account allows you to keep your delivery address and billing information, without having to enter it each time for subsequent orders. It also allows you to view your purchase history.

Where will my order be shipped from?
We are an international company with warehouses placed in various countries. It could occur that the order will ship from outside the ............. An accurate lead time will be provided to you during checkout.
What warranty do I receive on my purchases?
All new and factory refabricated goods come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. The warranty conditions may vary depending on the manufacturer.
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have the right to withdraw from a contract for the sale of goods concluded at a distance within 14 days without stating any reason. This applies only to individual customers. For business customers, we take an individual approach depending on the vendor and the origin of the product.
What is the return procedure like?
After reporting via our portal, we contact the customer on the same day/next working day. If the application has all the necessary information, we will arrange collection of the defective device on the next working day.
How should the products be returned?
All products should be returned in good condition, in their original packaging with all documents. They should be packed appropriately to avoid damage during transport. Also make sure that the RMA number is prominently displayed to the product. You can find the RMA form here: Senetic RMA
How long does it take for an RMA to be approved?
We try to resolve all RMA claims as soon as possible. The process may vary depending on the manufacturer. Usually it does not exceed 21 working days.
I have already returned my products. When can I expect an exchange of goods or a refund?
Depending on the situation, it can be a few days after the devices have been delivered to our warehouse (e.g. in the case of returns) to a month (e.g. in the case of complaints).

Can I raise a claim directly with the manufacturer?
Yes, most manufacturers allow end-user claims. We strongly encourage to raise warranty claims directly with them, as it greatly increases the turnaround.
